We are looking for a reliable RNs, LPNs and CNAs to care for individuals in a professional and considerate manner. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse or doctor. Staff must be first and foremost qualified and compassionate. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing diverse basic care to those who need it while remaining patient and calm. It is a demanding job but also very rewarding. These placements would be in long term care settings.
Nurses are responsible for providing basic and critical medical attention to patients and assessing their wellbeing as part of a medical team. Their duties include checking vital signs, recording a patient’s medical history, medication administration, treatment administration, thorough documentation and monitoring the wellbeing of each patient throughout their shift. Along with teaching/educating with patients/families and CNAs. CNAs are responsible for many patient care tasks to ensure that each patient receives the comprehensive and personalized care they need, they often groom and bathe patients, preparing rooms, assisting with meals, assisting with toileting needs, assisting with transferring, assisting the licensed staff, frequent rounds on patients, and reporting any changes to the appropriate licensed staff.
