The IT/Network Administrator role is to ensure the streamlined operation of the IT department in alignment with the business objectives of the organization.
Must be skilled using Windows 10 and deploying packages with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
Troubleshoot and provide tech support for:
The predominant commercial software packages used, but are not limited to, are Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suites, WordPerfect Office Suites, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and Symantec Endpoint Protection. Various scientific based programs are used as well as graphic programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, ChemOffice, and Sigmaplot.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all IT systems, including telecommunications, servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, peripherals and Office Automation equipment.
Education and/or Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, this educational requirement may be met through prior experience and/or industry experience specifically in computer business applications and administrative office management.
