VS&RS seeks Full Desk Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our team.
Sourcing, Interviewing, hiring, training, planning and organizing experience is a plus!

Must be skilled at making cold calls and meeting with potential clients.
Must have above average computer literacy.
Must be skilled using LinkedIn.
Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing with our applicants & clients.
Access sources to ensure sufficient candidates to meet staffing goals.
Review applications, screen and interview potential hires with enthusiasm while complying with all legal requirements.
Accurately and timely process all applicants/hires in our Applicant Tracking System and On-boarding systems.
Maintain a high level of confidentially with all personal and employment information.
Embrace the overall responsibility to maintain adequate staffing levels for the office.
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
Requires knowledge of interviewing techniques and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
One year of recruitment experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proven business writing skills
Excellent computer skills
Salary plus commission
Ability to work with high level autonomy
